2. Products & Descriptions

SenseMe Waxplay sells body-safe wax play candles and related accessories. We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography, and the handmade nature of our products.

Each candle is hand-poured in Lisbon, Portugal using dermatologically tested, skin-safe wax blends. Minor variations in appearance between batches are a natural characteristic of artisan production and are not considered defects.

3. Safety & Intended Use

Our candles are designed for sensory wax play between consenting adults. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and understand the intended use of our products.

Always follow the safety instructions included with your candle and on our Safety & Aftercare Guide. SenseMe Waxplay is not liable for any injury, damage, or adverse reaction resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within the EU.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these terms. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
