Technique is everything: maintain 30+ cm distance, always patch test, agree on verbal and non-verbal stop signals, and never attempt this temperature without prior experience at 70°C.
Beyond 75°C, sensation crosses from intensity into discomfort for most people. Every SenseMe candle delivers heat the body responds to with arousal, not defence. At 75°C the wax reaches the upper boundary of what experienced practitioners find pleasurable. Going higher would move the experience from consensual sensation play into territory we are not willing to design for.
Start at 35–40 cm — the widest starting distance in the range. The wax cools mid-air and arrives as intense warmth with a sharp edge. At 25–30 cm, the sting is immediate. Below 25 cm is reserved for broad, muscled areas only by practitioners experienced at 70°C. At 75°C, distance is your only control mechanism. Move in wide arcs and never hold still.
The jump is smaller than 65 to 70, but the quality changes. At 70°C, the sting arrives fast and sharp. At 75°C, the heat that follows is deeper and lasts longer — it accumulates and builds with each pour. The experience shifts from individual moments of sensation to sustained intensity. No. The nude dye is cosmetic-grade and closest to natural skin tones. Unlike the vivid reds, purples, and blacks in the range, nude wax leaves virtually no visible trace after removal — just a faint heat flush that fades within an hour or two. On fabric it is the least visible colour. This invisibility is intentional: at 75°C, the experience is entirely about what you feel, not what you see.
